Betsy Leslie serves the Tampa Bay area as a Professional Fiduciary specializing in estate planning roles.
She is currently available for consultation.
My Background
I began serving as a Professional Fiduciary when a friend with a terminal illness asked me to serve as her health care surrogate, agent under power of attorney, personal representative and trustee. Serving in those various roles was both a challenge and a privilege. When it was time to return to my legal profession, I chose to use my training and experience to serve others in similar capacities, advocating for them in life and death as a Professional Fiduciary.
